Mission Focused
We are mission focused. We employ a flexible response to customer requirements, focusing on client wants and needs, while changing course as necessary to ensure consistent quality and total satisfaction. We utilize various electronic platforms to administer and oversee contracts across numerous locations, as well as dedicated onsite managers. Our onsite leaders work closely with the COR to provide early identification of potential issues and take immediate action to prevent quality control issues from arising. Your program and mission will be successful with us running it.
Leadership
Teya ISS is run by our Managing Director, Mr. Jim Sweeney. Mr. Sweeney has over 30 years of commercial experience and 20 years of Federal experience successfully supporting DoD, Intel and Civilian clients. Mr. Sweeney runs the day to day operations of our TIPS division and is the Executive sponsor for all programs within this division.
Program Management Oversight
We provide comprehensive Program and Project Management for all of our Federal Programs, which ensures overall quality and execution in accordance with prescribed quality metrics. Our staff are well versed in your agency requirements, policies and mandates, which ensure a well run and successful program.
